Orders & Shipping

We roast and pack most orders within 1-2 business days after you place them. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

After shipment, standard U.S. transit is typically 2–5 business days. For expedited options, please choose during checkout.

Sometimes carriers mark delivery before the package is actually dropped off. Please check around your property, ask neighbors/delivery person, or wait until end of day. If still missing, email us at orders@theferraribros.com with your order number and we’ll look into a replacement.

We're sorry! Email us with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions, Gift Cards & Gift Orders

You choose a frequency (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly) and a bag size. We’ll automatically ship fresh coffee on that schedule. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime.

Absolutely. During checkout select “This is a gift”, enter the recipient’s address, and we’ll include a personalized note if you’d like.

Yes — simply log into your account before the next shipment and add items. If you don’t see the item, contact us and we’ll help manually.

No. Currently, all gift cards are redeemable in our cafes only.

Sourcing & Sustainability

While not all of our coffees are certified, we work directly with farms and cooperatives that practice sustainable and ethical growing. Many are cultivated under organic practices, even if not formally certified.

We ship as soon as possible after roasting — often same day when possible — to ensure peak freshness. However, we always recommend letting the coffee rest for a bit before brewing. Typically we age our coffee 2-3 weeks before we brew it.

Returns & Refunds

If you feel the coffee didn’t meet your expectations, email us at orders@theferraribros.com within 7 days of receipt with your feedback and we’ll help make it right (replacement or refund).

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible with the order number. Once it’s shipped, we’ll handle returns/replacements as per above.

Wholesale & Partnerships

Brew Methods & Roast Info

Here’s a quick guide:

  • Espresso: fine grind (~18–20 g dose, yield ~30 g in ~28–32 s). We like a 1:1.5 ratio.
  • Pour over (e.g., V60, Kalita): medium-fine
  • French press: coarse

Most of our coffees are light & bright. We love to showcase what the coffee has to offer — its natural sweetness, vibrant acidity, and a sense of place, almost like wine. Each roast is roasted just right to highlight the unique flavors of its origin, letting you taste the story of where it was grown.
