Delivery fees, minimums, and availability may vary by location and service type.

5. Holding Orders and Storage

Completed orders may be held for up to 30 days after the ready date unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders held beyond this period may incur storage fees of $10 per case per month or equivalent.

Extended holds may result in additional fees or order cancellation at our discretion.

6. Prices and Availability

All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at any time.

7. Order Errors, Cancellations, and Returns

Order Errors:

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours unless the order has already been prepared, fulfilled, or shipped. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a 15% restocking or handling fee.

Returns:
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Certain items, including perishable goods, special orders, and custom items, may be non-returnable.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders:
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be refunded minus shipping, handling, and applicable fees.

8. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as stated unless prohibited by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
