We'll have wine by the glass, cheese, charcuterie, and other bites to snack on as we dive into the fundamentals of espresso. You'll learn what makes a great shot, how grind size and dose affect flavor, and how to dial in and taste your espresso like a barista, all hands on using the Fellow Series 1 espresso machine.
